When my fat quarters of Eye Candy by Ruby Star Society arrived it inspired me to create this pattern. I wanted something whimsical and a little different than other pinwheel quilts I’ve seen. A 45" x 55" baby size and a 65” x 75” throw-size quilt are both fat quarter friendly.
